At this time, all Individual Sessions are conducted online using a private Zoom account.
1 / Complete the "Let's Talk" Consultation Request Form
Consultations are free. Sending the form allows me to set aside time for us to talk so I can understand what you are ready to change and heal.
2 / Prepare for your Consultation
Please write down any and all questions you have. You can share as much or as little as you want. Consultations are generally 20-25 minutes.
3 / Making an appointment
The number of sessions vary because each person's trauma is different. However, most people see significant changes after 3 sessions. After the consultation, we set the first appointment, the first step towards letting it go and healing.
